IMPORTANT ADVANCE INFORMATION:

• The rooms reserved for you are available from 2.00 p.m. on your arrival date.
• On your departure date, we request that you vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. at the latest.
• If you cannot arrive before 7.00 p.m. on your arrival date, please let us know.
• In cases of late arrival or early departure, a charge will be made for the nights booked.
• If there are compelling reasons for your cancellation, we are, of course, willing to make an exception.

Dogs and other pets can not be accepted in our house, we kindly ask for your understanding!

Conditions of cancellation:

Even though you might already be looking forward to your holiday, there’s always the possibility that unexpected events can intervene.

In the case of cancellation, the General Terms & Conditions of the hotel sector apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf)

This means:

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 week before arrival.

From 1 week to 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the accommodation cost.

If you cancel within 3 days before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the accommodation cost; and 100% of the price in the case of early departure.

We recommend taking out European travel insurance to save you unnecessary costs if you have to cancel or if you require mountain rescue services (including helicopter recovery).
